Okay here's the story Bought my90TT for 3500 took 3 years to rebuild engine for various complications. Bought supposed low mileage stock turbos. I get the 90TT running good except now it smokes, culprit turbos. I saved up enough dough for most of my paint job during christmas, only to have my clutch, clutch fork, or release bearing go. So I am planning on pulling engine and trans together in 2-3 weeks. Upgrades kn cone air filter Apexi ACV-R boost controller forged pistons 2.5 in test pipes Greddy SP Exhaust lightened flywheel UR underdrive pulleyRight now I have about 2,000 to spend. and $200 a month after. I am in grad school now so that's it unless i sell na parts off parts cars that are pretty much parted out. Option 1- rebuild stock turbos for 750. They check them out for 50 each that goes towrd rebuild. Replace clutch 350. Put paint job on credit card. Option 2- replace turbos with Sport 500s or equivilant. 2000. Replace clutch next month- 200-350 or use stock clutch in garage. Then upgrade injectors and ECU this summer. Paint car after I get out of school in 2 years... Option 3-fix clutch/trans. Paint Car. Drive car till turbos die then upgrade.
